How You Are Charged
Virality Engine operates on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Payments are processed securely at the beginning of each billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.
7-Day Free Trial
New users can experience the Pro plan features for 7 days at no cost. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. We'll send a reminder 2 days before your trial expires.
Common Questions
What happens if a payment fails?
We will attempt to process the payment 3 times over 7 days. If unsuccessful, your account will be temporarily downgraded to the Free tier until payment is resolved.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first month's payment if you are not satisfied with the generated results.
Taxes & Invoices
VAT/GST is calculated based on your location. Detailed PDF invoices are automatically emailed and available in your billing settings history.
