Content Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of the original videos you upload and the viral clips generated by our platform. We claim no IP rights over your creations.
AI Disclosure
Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for perfection, AI may occasionally generate inaccuracies. Human review of final content is recommended before publishing.
1. Platform Usage
By accessing Virality Engine, you agree to use the platform lawfully. You generally obtain a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our services.
2. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe environment for all creators, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Uploading illegal content
- Reverse engineering the AI
- Sharing account credentials
- Automated scraping of data
3. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. In such events, you will be notified via the email associated with your account.
4. Liability
Virality Engine provides the service "as is". We are not liable for any consequential damages or loss of profit resulting from the use of our automated tools.
